Mike Ford
Mike Ford, 68, of Spring City, Tennessee, died Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at his residence.
He was born on August 24, 1954. Mike graduated from Kirkman High School. He worked as part of IBEW Local #175 until his retirement in 2015. Mike was also a member of Daisy Lodge # 706 F&AM. He enjoyed traveling, the UT Vols, and Andy Griffith. Mike was a member of New Grace Baptist Church in Soddy Daisy.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Fannie Grogan Ford.
Survivors include his wife, Candy Parks Ford of Spring City, Tennessee; daughters Heather (Andrew) Rankhorn and Stephanie Putnam both of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee; step-children Joyanna (David) West of Evensville, Tennessee and Ryan (Lauren) Tallent of Spring City, Tennessee; sister Freida (Peanut) Eustice of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 23, at 2 pm in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Norman Huskey and Rev. Lynn Carroll will officiate. Interment will follow in Add Smith Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, December 23, from 12-2 pm at Vaughn Funeral Home.
