
New Delhi: The High Court will today convey its decision on Delhi Boss Pastor Arvind Kejriwal’s supplication testing his capture by the Requirement Directorate (ED) in a tax evasion case.
A seat of Judges Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta, which held its decision on the supplication on May 17, will articulate the judgment.
Mr Kejriwal, likewise the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) boss, was captured on Walk 21 by the ED in a tax evasion case connected to the supposed Delhi alcohol strategy trick.
He has tested the April 9 request for the Delhi High Court that had maintained his capture for the situation.
