2 Tracked down Blameworthy In Dissident Narendra Dabholkar Murder Case, Get Life In Jail

New Delhi: Two individuals were today condemned to life detainment by a Pune court for the 2013 homicide of dissident Narendra Dabholkar. The court vindicated three other charged for the situation.
Perusing out the request in a stuffed court, Extra Meetings Judge (Unique Court) P Jadhav said that the indictment had demonstrated the charges of homicide and connivance against Sachin Andure and Sharad Kalaskar and they have been granted life detainment and a fine of ₹ 5 lakh.

As indicated by the Focal Department of Examination (CBI), Andure and Kalaskar had shot Dabholkar.

The court vindicated charged ENT specialist Tawde, Sanjeev Punalekar and Vikram Bhave for need of proof.

Narendra Dabholkar, who headed the Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti, was shot dead in Pune on August 20, 2013, purportedly by the individuals from a periphery bunch.
Dabholkar’s homicide in Pune had been trailed by the shooting of Govind Pansare in February 2015 and MM Kalburgi in Kolhapur in August that very year. Gauri Lankesh was shot dead external her home in Bengaluru in September 2017.

Pune police at first examined the case. The Focal Department of Examination (CBI) assumed control over the test in 2014 following a Bombay High Court, request and captured Dr Virendrasinh Tawade, an ENT specialist connected to the Hindu traditional association Sanatan Sanstha, in June 2016.

As indicated by the indictment, Tawade was one of the driving forces of the homicide.

Sanatan Sanstha, to which Tawade and a portion of the other denounced were connected, was against the work completed by Dabholkar’s association, the Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (board of trustees for destruction of odd notion, Maharashtra), it guaranteed.
