Shri Amitkumar Mundhe has been appointed as Company Secretary and Company Compliance Officer on 24th December 2022 in place of Shri Shailesh Dholakia who has resigned as Company Secretary and Company Compliance Officer till the end of his tenure on 23rd December 2022.
