Momentus Inc. (NASDAQ: MNTS ) (“Momentus” or the “Company”), an American commercial space company that plans to offer transportation and other infrastructure services in space, today announced incentive awards for 10 new hires. Pursuant to NASDAQ Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), the awards were granted by Momentus&CloseCurliQuote; Compensation Commission and created as a material incentive for the admission of each employee to employment in the Company.
In connection with the commencement of their employment, on November 21, 2022, the employees received an aggregate of 433,447 restricted stock units (RSUs) with an aggregate value of approximately $0.51 million based on a price of $1.17 per share, the closing price on the Nasdaq- in Global Select Market on the date of award.
RSUs have either a three-year quarterly vesting schedule or a four-year annual vesting schedule, depending on the relevant employee’s continuous service with Momentus on the applicable vesting date.
