• The direct injection system

• The cylinder block with its lubrication and cooling system

But of special importance are the discussion pieces that the video host provides in a quick and easy to understand manner where the problem areas are located and why the engine is infamous for being an oil burner and how the the main pitfall of a direct injection system is that the fuel is fired directly into the cylinders rather than being routed through the intake side of the intake valves into the cylinders.
