Ukraine’s presidential administration chief said on Saturday that Russia would respond to a Soviet-era famine that killed millions of Ukrainians during the winter of 1932-33.
“Russians will pay for all victims of the Holodomor and answer for today’s crimes,” Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram, using the Ukrainian name for the tragedy.

Russia may be removing nuclear warheads from aging nuclear cruise missiles and firing unarmed warheads over Ukraine, Britain’s Military Intelligence said on Saturday.
“Regardless of Russia’s intentions, this revision reflects the level of decline in Russia’s stockpile of long-range missiles,” the Defense Ministry said in its daily intelligence update on Twitter.
