TPSODL opens ‘Customer Relationship Centre’ in Odisha’s Jeypore | Daily News Byte


Berhampur: Power distributor TP Southern Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPSODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and Odisha government, has launched a customer center in Jeypore.

The center was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer of TPSODL Arvind Singh. More than 6.6 lakh customers will be served by customer contact centers across four divisions, including Jeypore, Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, and Koraput.

For handling requests, complaints, and questions about bill payments, a center has been established. It is run by well-trained personnel to handle customer service offerings such as new energy supply applications, monthly payments, resolving customer queries and complaints, along with other customer-related services, the press release said.

Customers can also pay through cash, cheques, DDs, and other digital methods.

Among others Chief Operating Officer Milind Kulkarni, SE Jeypore Circle Manmath Nath Mishra, and EE JED Varun Kumar Choudhury were present at the ceremony. How to participate.
