If you ever get the chance to travel to Richland, Washington, you might stumble upon a Ford Fiesta that is truly unlike any other.
This unique Ford Fiesta has apparently been roaming the streets of Washington for over 8 years when photos of it first surfaced on Reddit. More recently, it was also picked up in Richland and if you jump on Google Maps and look at a parking space near Howard Amon Park in Richland, you’ll see that the same Fiesta is there.
As standard, the Ford Fiesta is a small car, especially in two-door guise. Clearly, the owner of this particular Fiesta wanted one that was even smaller, about the size of a Smart ForTwo.
While it’s hard to say for sure if it actually started life as a normal Ford Fiesta, one social media user suggests that the owner may have cut out the center section of a Fiesta and welded the rear section back together. The result is a vehicle that appears to have a wheelbase of about 3.5 feet and an overall length of probably no more than 6 feet.

One of the most intriguing aspects of the car is the fact that the front roofline does not match the rear roofline, resulting in a small hump between the two. Found on this bump was a sticker that read Carleigh, probably the owner’s name.
As unique as the car is, we can’t help but think about how safe it is too. Going backwards while behind the wheel can be disastrous and as the Fiesta is likely to have been modified in a garage or a shop, it is likely to sustain some serious damage in even the smallest of crashes.
