Indian Hotels Company Ltd in partnership with Tata Power on Tuesday inaugurated an electric vehicle charging station here.
This is the first location at a Tata Group hotel in the Northeast, and the company plans to install such points in other units as well, IHCL Regional Director Jayanta Das told reporters.

Owners of electric vehicles, including two-wheelers, need to reserve a slot in the app, and payments can be made online, the company added.
