A new trailer has dropped showing new content in the new Path of Titans that was added to the closed beta. For those who don’t know, this is a full dinosaur MMO coming to console, PC, and mobile.
The trailer is narrated by Robert Irwin, son of the legendary Steve Irwin, so the nature documentary vibe is evident.
What’s in The Path of Titans Update?
The new content adds a new location, Gondwa, four new game modes, an aquatic ecosystem, and the option to play as swimming or flying reptiles alongside dinos in the land
The Dinosaur Runs
Path Of Titans is a game that finally gives us the experience we wanted at the age of seven, to be a dinosaur.
You start the game directly into the life of a prehistoric reptile. This new life comes with all the challenges of life you can imagine. You need to find water and food, and avoid becoming a prey to other important things.
The prehistoric theme is carried over into the search system. You can trust that your dinosaur won’t be sent to collect someone else’s mail.
Teamwork sets you up for tasks like hunting and stalking herbivores, so it’s less about dungeon diving and more about dangerous trips to the desert.
Good pictures, if your device can handle it
The game promises cross-platform play in a big way. Android, of course. Not surprisingly, iOS, MacOS, and PC. Then the growth begins.
According to the official website, you can play on Xbox and Playstation, Nintendo Switch, and Linux, Ubuntu and Debian.
We won’t be surprised if we see someone playing on the smart fridge now. Mind you, we saw GTA on a smartwatch a few weeks ago, so anything is possible.
The graphics look crazy for an Android game, but they come at a price. You need Android 8, 3GB of RAM, and support for Vulkan or OpenGL ES3.2. Nobody said being a dinosaur was easy.
