GREENSBORO, NC – Five Kentucky swimmers are set to make the trip to the Greensboro Aquatic Center this Friday and Saturday, where a group of Wildcats will compete in the 2022 Toyota US Open Championships.
Freshmen Levi Sandidge and Denise Phelan will join Nick Caruso, Tori Buerger and Gillian Davey at a prestigious, national meet that includes Olympians Katie Ledecky, Chase Kallis, Hunter Armstrong and Regan Smith.
The competition runs from November 30 – December 3 with Kentucky student-athletes competing on the penultimate and final days of the meet. The heats start at 9 am each day and the finals at 6 pm. The meet can be watched live on Peacock on both Thursday and Friday starting at 6pm. Coverage of the prelims and Saturday’s finals is available at usaswimming.org.
