Apple’s prices have increased, but I would say that in recent years where the prices have been close to the Android champions it is much different than the rule. I think most people are stuck with the OS they want, but there are a lot of people who might want iPhones they can’t afford. In the end, they can get them sometimes.

Super Android 22, 2 hours agoYes I’m sure ios atm is better than one ui and stock Android, I’m not sure … moreI don’t know how the Pixel will test like iOS, but the real reason is that people who want a clean OS and new features are buying a Pixel over an iPhone because they know the most stable of iOS. Some may find it very expensive these days. I’ve had 2 iOS devices, the first being the OG iPod Touch. It was a solid product at a time when web browsing was unknown on Android. The other is the iPad Mini 6, I like it a lot, and it’s fast, but other than that, it’s probably the worst tech product I’ve ever bought. But mainly because I don’t like iOS more than a problem with the hardware itself.

I don’t know how good Android is, it’s better. They talk about “exceptions” like blocking apis access from sideloaded pages but does malware still find ways around it? It doesn’t feel like personal to me. Of course, I agree to install the software, and to be able to use the accessible features. Also, if you’re using a sideloaded FOSS app, it’s more private than apps in the play store. Even if I stay on Android 11, I have problems. Programs that rely on such updates as maintenance such as Minecraft, work FINE on older versions of the game! Some apps still have the scroll bar even though I’m on Android 11!
About OneUI, another funny thing I noticed is that I remember a game camera with “Normal” and “Fine” options. How about a thousand dollar phone? You can change the aspect ratio. You can no longer change your resolution in the camera app. Why? It may fill up the storage so you can’t upgrade so you are recommended to use cloud storage. At least you can change the video resolution and framerate, but I wonder how long it will take?

I always go for Android as a winner. I can download a youtube version with no ads, no need to pay. I can play ps2, psp, gamecube, etc. games on my phone through emulation. I can download movies and tv shows for free. I can get any app in the play store for free. By going to google and typing the app name and at the end I will install the APK. And now I got it for free. Android gives more freedom than iphone. On the iPhone you can’t do any of this. You have to pay to remove ads on youtube actively. And no emulate, no software will give you free movies and TV shows and anime. And if it’s illegal, Google should probably be shut down. They give me that 🤷🏻.

It started nosediving after 4.0 in my opinion. 4.1 feels incomplete. Here’s just one thing: In One UI 3.1, I can drag my finger down just to see two of my notifications and then pull them up. In One UI 4, you need to drag it down. The brightness is much better and the ads look the same and look different, the notifications are no longer grouped together and the corners are rounded which is more taxing to render, just a guess. it … It doesn’t help that One UI 5 actually traps app icons in orbs and gives it one solid color.

Android is trying to be fixed like iOS while it’s clunky Android and … moreyes i’m sure ios atm is better than one ui and stock android, i don’t understand this fanboyism over stock android or media/tech sites following one ui i these times. Pixel is the worst for it, its really trying to be ios but fails in most areas/concepts like knocking ios with non functional features.
If you want high-end software support to go to the iPhone over Samsung or Google devices (that’s what they’re trying to focus on), if you want something different with unique features / It’s easier with feature set then go to other Android devices than Samsung or Google, you’ll also get different and unbreakable devices as well. (Huawei is the best by miles but we know America hates the success of the Chinese brand)

Understanding. Android tries to be fixed like iOS even though Android is clunky and they change it to iOS. This is coming from an Android 11 user considering iOS when I switch my phone when apps and Play Store items no longer support Android 11. I hate Android 12 officer Maintenance is pointless if the user can’t do anything to allow an app to be used wherever they want (I know there are probably ways around this but that’s it) which is supposed to limit me is a problem). I can’t figure out how to allow any app to read one file from my Micro SD card. I have to use my file in and only on specific files like document file. I can’t create a folder in the file system and put things in there for an app to access. Check out Minecraft: It’s more difficult to navigate all the way to the database and google only wants you to use their built-in database if I don’t like it. I hate you and the apps are starting to move there and I hate it, I can’t turn off the bounce scroll animation without turning off the other animations first. Things are tighter and the images are bolder and bigger, the images aren’t overshadowed and have a muted outline on them that doesn’t set me apart, I don’t see it anymore. I prefer iOS over stock android and I’m getting sick of the same UI with every update.

Although most popular Android phones are usually at least as cheap as apple
