Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and undertaking the collection process for assigned debts.
Regularly monitor portfolio for specific segments for assigned area.
Monitor and control delinquency in the area, in terms of basket and DPD and focus on non-starters.
Responsible for allocating and achieving targets from agency/domestic team.
Monitor default clients regularly.
Ensuring compliance with billing processes and legal guidelines.
Searching for runaway default customers and initiating the recovery process.
Recommend for legal actions for non-reimbursable cases and follow-up with legal team for case closure.
Data maintenance for billing related administrative tasks such as updating outstanding order history, providing and maintaining MIS reports, reviewing collection feedback on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Eligibility criteria:
Experience:
Candidates should have 2-5 years of banking experience.
Applicants should have at least 3 or more years of experience in collections.
qualifications:
Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University of India.
