ROYERSFORD — At the Spring-Ford Area School Board’s reunion Monday night, the president and vice president switched places.
Margaret Wright, who served as president in 2022, was elected vice president; and Erica Hermans, who served as vice president, was elected president.
Board Member Colleen Zasowski was re-elected to the Joint Operating Committee for the Western Montgomery Career and Technical Center and joins members Karen Weingarten and Wendy Earle on that committee.
Gabrielle Deardorff will remain on the Montgomery County School Directors Legislative Committee and represent Spring-Ford as a liaison for the Pennsylvania School Board Association.
David Shafer will represent Spring-Ford as a representative of the Spring City American Legion.
The board will review current assignments for board committees (community relations, curriculum and technology, extracurricular, finance, personnel, property and policy) and announce any changes in early 2023.
