Major changes in progress will be welcomed by new and younger players
Diablo Immortal will soon receive its second update on December 14th. This new update, called Terror’s Tide, brings tons of new content into the game, including the first post-release location, called Stormpoint. This episode will bring new quests, monsters, and bosses to Diablo Immortal, experiences that will keep players engaged.
The Terror’s Tide update for Diablo Immortal brings new content that will appeal to experienced players and beginners alike. Apparently, all servers will be set to a Server Paragon Level of 320 (if they are below that level), and the maximum experience fees are doubled for those below Server Paragon Level. Because the new Stormpoint section will only be available to players at level 60, who have reached Hell Difficulty III and completed the Star sign Hopefully, these changes will allow low-level players to quickly access the new content.
Advanced players will benefit from changes to the Paragon system and Hell Difficulties. Three new issues are coming (VI, VII, and VIII) with three new Paragon trees. Paragon Trees will also open up other hellish challenges to help make progress even better.
Hell Difficulties also saw changes to the previous levels. Players can play from Difficulties I-IV, and new Difficulties are unlocked by defeating bosses. Additionally, rewards from Helliquary bosses have been increased to Hell Difficulty, so higher Hell Difficulties have higher rewards.
Terror’s Tide will also offer additional content, including five new Legendary Gems, the ability to recreate your character’s head, item and crafting, bug fixes, and a Battle Pass again.
This upcoming update is a welcome experience for long-time Diablo Immortal players. You can expect hundreds of hours of gameplay if you’re willing to put up with greedy monetization, and updates keep things fresh. But don’t forget, there are plenty of other Diablo Immortal options out there that aren’t pay-to-win.
