Barton Ford Dealership, located at 1600 N. Main St., partnered with the Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 16, 2022 to donate a car-sized amount of toys to help Suffolk children have a Merry Christmas this year season.
Members of the sheriff’s office visited with Ford General Manager Tracey Everitt and her staff to help celebrate the donation.
“As the General Manager of Barton Ford, partnering with the sheriff’s office to provide these toys to those less fortunate, brings out the true meaning of Christmas,” Everitt said of the donation. “Hopefully, these toys will put a big smile on the faces of the children who receive them. To me, that’s what Christmas is all about.”
Major David Miles said he and everyone in the office are grateful for Barton Ford’s help at Christmas this year.
“We really appreciate Barton Ford for helping us reach even more kids with this year’s toy drive,” Major Miles expressed at the event. “We are grateful to have the support of so many in our community to help put a smile on Christmas morning.”
