Bharti Airtel on Wednesday announced the launch of its state-of-the-art 5G services in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Customers with 5G-capable smartphones will have fast access to the Airtel 5G Plus network at no additional cost.

Customers with 5G capable handsets can use Airtel Faster 5G Plus the network without paying additional fees while the launch is still in its early stages. As telecom operators gradually introduce 5G services, Bharti Airtel said earlier this month that it has reached the milestone of one million unique 5G users on its network.
