1. Work with your tablet
There are many ways to move around Chromebooks, whether you use a touchpad, keyboard, or touchscreen if you have one. ChromeOS makes using your touchpad even better than using a mouse by introducing gestures that make it easier to move around your device.

2. Control your Chromebook with your keyboard
In addition to the functions available using your touchpad, you can do a ton with keyboard shortcuts. You can use your keyboard to do anything from refreshing the page to opening a new tab. 3. Turn on the lock screen without the activation key

To access your desktops, swipe up on your touchpad with three fingers. At the top of your screen, you can see your tables and can add a new table by clicking New desk. If you want to save your open applications as a desktop for later access, click the Save the battery for later button near the top left corner.
8. Get notifications from your phone on your Chromebook
Chromebooks pair well with Android phones as there is integration between the two through a Chromebook feature called Phone Hub. One of the best features is the ability to access your email on your Chromebook. Connect your phone to your Chromebook, turn on the notification feature, and you’re ready to go.
When this feature is enabled, every time you receive a notification on your phone, it will appear in your notifications on your Chromebook. When you see the notification pop up, click on an arrow to expand and release it, which will release it on your phone. If it’s a message, you can reply to it from your Chromebook.
This is a great feature because you can use your Android phone while you’re on your Chromebook without having your Android phone behind you.
9. Get benefits with your Chromebook
Chromebooks come with a simple and easy-to-use interface. They come with benefits. To access these benefits, click Ctrl + Change + ?. You can search or click on the Find out app. When you open the Explore app, select Benefits on the left side you will see a list of available gifts. These benefits include free and discounted apps and services that change frequently, so check back every two weeks for new offers.
10. Check your Chromebook performance

11. Let other people use your Chromebook without permission
Sometimes you need to share your Chromebook with a friend or family member, and you don’t want them to do anything on your account. Chromebooks have a special feature for these situations. 12. Make quick settings easy

13. Take a photo with ease
With people working or learning remotely for less time, taking screenshots is more important than ever. Chromebooks make taking photos easy with plenty of tools to capture exactly what you need. To activate the screenshot tool, click photography in the quick menu or press Ctrl + Change + Great view.
When you open the tool, you have several options. You can take a screenshot of the entire screen, a portion of the screen, or a specific window. You can record a video of your screen and choose where to save your screenshot.
14. Google Assistant is also included
One advantage of having a device made by Google is that the Google Assistant comes as part of the operating system. To activate Help, click Turn around + A open the help screen. You can type your question or order or click the microphone icon in the upper right corner to talk to the Support. The Assistant can do everything it can do on your phone or smart phone, such as answer a question, change a smart device, or schedule an appointment. .
15. Start with the Powerwash
If your device is experiencing slow or constant running issues, it may be time to reset. Resetting a Chromebook is known as giving it a Powerwash, simply. Go to the Arrangements app, click High on the left, and select Reset the settings. Once you are there, click on the Renovation button and follow the instructions to reset your phone.
